hey!!!

so guys it has been a while but every thing here is going great! I am able to work tons as well as continue going to college at MC. it is really fun and I am doing supprisingly good at school. you know its not every day you sit out 4 years of school and pick it up with out too much dificutly. Right now we are reading through a book passed out by the elders called time alone with God. it is the second in the series this one going through the book of psalms and proverbs. I am really enjoying it and being able to grow as I read through psalms and am chalenged to have a heart like David... God is good...all the time... and all the time.... God is good!!

Round it up!!!

To finish up the trip Melody, Ashley and myself drove down to austin where we spent a day on the lake baking and then a nother day with my parents and drove back to Midland where we had to come back to, to start school yesterday!!!

we stoped every where I could think of to prevent our quick arrival to Midland but we had to arive eventually and I am glad to be back in my bed here. Please continue to pray as transitions are taking place in my live and in many others. We had a great study last night out of Hebrews...please pray for that study as well. thanks for you love and concideration to read what is going on in my life... Praise be to God for his Grace and Mercy, it truly is all about Him!

Well I finally did everything 'required' to complete the AIM program and I got to walk the stage!!! that was pretty exciting a little overwhelming getting to see everyone. but it was good here are some of the fotos that were taken !!!!!!!

Fantastic!

The least I can say about this week is fantastic! it was so nice to spend some time with friends and fellow servants of the body in Keller, TX. I was filled with Joy to be with Alex and Laura with their wonderful kids. We enjoyed wonderful company as well as good food and encouragement. Thanks guys we love you!!!

also we got a wonderful opportunity to go to Six Flags with Alex Jr. on wednesday. all those who went with us were Ainslee, Ashley, and Melody. Thanks guys for serving our Lord in this Way. (Alex just a little higher...)

Hey everyone... Well here it is! the big weekend@ lubbock where a # of us not working for$ but for God will be walking the stage. only a % of the class will be able to be there, ^my heart goes out to you guys who are not comeing.. loveya.. & we will have tons of fun * oh and I love to say that it has been a wonderful few years serving the LORD in this way For his Glory and only for his Glory may he be blessed forever (thanks to all of you in my class for completing what you started, and for not stoping here at this point but for continuing on to eternity).. Thanks readers for staing faithful it helps me keep typin.

did you notice I used all the accents about the numbers in my blog this time... wow thats skills.... not computer hacking skills or numchucks skills but its like somthin' right.. =) have a goood weekend every one I am going to be going to help out at Christ haven for kids in Keller TX for the next week. I will have many fotos and stories to tell you next weeek have a good spring break.

In Mark chapter 8 Jesus heals a blind man. why did he have to spit on his eyes two times and not just one time? what significance did this have to those around him then what does this mean to us now? please share your thoughts....

NEWSBOYS

yesterday afternoon I was blessed enough to go with the college group up to abiline where we got to expierence an awesome worship time lead by the newsboys. it was very inspiring and uplifting to hear what they had to sing about and also to hear an awesome witness done by the lead singer. It was truly a blessing!

there was this drum solo that would nock your face off. I can't get it to download now but I will try later.. have you ever seen the newsboys? tell me about them what did you think? in what way were you inspired or were discouraged by them.

TONY CAME!!!

This weekend, Friday, Tony my bestfriend came down and visited me and worked with us on saterday morning at 8:30am we got up and were at the church building. From there we were dispersed to different locations to do work for members of the community. It is called Church in the City. We do it once a year to help out people and get out of the building and into peoples life it was so much fun. My group took down a fence and reposted it and put it back up so that it wont fall down which it was about to do. in the second photo thomas and ainslee are removing old nails though it looks like she is taking out his elbow they could be working...

It was a good weekend with a really cool bible study, sorry no photo, friday night until 3:15 in the morning it was rather exciting and I hope to continue with them hopefully earlier in the day next time. Last weeks...

College Life..

over the last few weeks we have been doing a lot of fun stuff!!! Two sundays ago we went to First Baptist Church and we watched Aaron Shust play it was a really good time of worship and fellowship with the students.

also I got to enjoy lunch a couple of days ago with Lacey, sis, as I call her. She is very active with oikos and is there almost every time the doors are open. Sean in the photo with her is a cool guy he just started coming and I hope to get to know him better. I like him because he knows where he stands and is not afraid to say it.. that is awesome to have a very honest person around like him. you rock Sean!

and most reciently there was a bigg boom 2 days ago at 7:30 in the morning it was my mirror falling off the wall... sad stuff but it was actually really funny, the look on thomas' face when he came in to see what had happened... priceless...

Coffee

This morning I was waking up to my morning pot of coffee and thinking about our lesson from yesterday out of the book of Hebrews. the writer says that we to encourage each other every day as long as it is called "today" that none of you may be hardened by the decietfullness of sin. So take some time today and call up an old friend, a brother or sister in Christ, or your closest friend and take them to coffee and encourage them. (Hebrews 3)

Hanging out

here we are hanging out spending some time with my white gangster friends. it is so much fun to be around these guys espcially tristin me and him always have a blast together. he is a good actor in our game 'freeze and justify' he is in the airplain academy here at Midland College. I think he can fly at least I hope so he was doing it the other day. I asked to get a ride from him or kevin but neither could take me up so I guess this photo will have to do. I would like to get a photo of midland but I have yet to find a hill bigenough to take one. help me if you can.

valentines dinner

last night I was so blessed I was invited over to my friends Ashley and Ainslee's house for dinner where I was fed Chicken Fried Steak!!!! incase you are wondering it is my favorite meal! if you ever want to make me happy just feed me some of that!!! thanks so much guys for allowing me to come over and join in on dinner bible reading and lots of fun games that I can not win at! really it was awesome thanks neno!!!

Games with college kids!!!!

here we are wednesday night after our study with a game called freeze and justify. basically 2 people act out a skit until someone (anyone) calls freeze the team members change places with others from their team and then 'justify' is called out and the new players play out the sceen from there on with their own lines for what is going on. the game rocks so here is a clip from our fun adventurous night.

Tuesday Small Group...

our first tuesday night small group went well with an awesome start to Hebrews. Please pray that God lead us through it. here is a pic of almost all of us one had to go home early but oh well. there is Kenny and Severo on the bottom and on top Thomas, Rudy, Creeches, and me. Oh and sorry with mama creech is mateo. he is Kenny's 2 week old boy. what a good way to start of that young mans life. Praise be to God!

The First one...

so here I am in Midland, Texas!!!! specifically at Cuppy's Coffee its a pretty cool place! I have just started college at M.C. and I am taking soci. and hist. so I have a bunch of free time to hang out with my friends from the Oikos. We constatly get together and have coffee and play fun creative games like Jungle. Mostly we love to encourage each other and study together and push each other to better things. I hope you enjoy the pics and will drop by and keep up with everything going on here in midland!
